I would have to say for a Webhosting platform I would first look for easiness of navigation and initial set up. I've developed websites for many years and would feel safe to say I'm experienced but I still look for easiness specially setting up complex sites.

I also tend to be drawn in by offers that are available along with the hosting such as easy site upgrades and great customer service.

When I’m looking for hosting, the cost vs reliability/what’s being offered is one of the key things I look at, I’m not always looking for the cheapest available hosting out there I’m looking for something which represents value for money that will be consistent and provide the reliability that I need for my site.
