What is this song?

I'm trying to find this song on YouTube but it is nearing impossible because the best bit of the song is three unique words repeated. The song lyrics are as follows "Allouetta, outta outta outta, Allouetta outta outta outta". Now it's not that classic french song, it's sort of dance genre and is in the UK Charts I think but I had no luck finding it.

Could someone link me to it on YouTube or something, FP Cash as a reward, thanks 🙂
