For me, it was playing solitaire on my Dad's computer I remember specifically turning it on and watching it load the Windows 95 loading screen. I remember following the steps that my brother had showed me earlier on how to get to the game. I remember I was in the second grade when that happened.

What is your earliest memory of using a computer?

My earliest memory was when we didn't even have a broadband and we had to connect to the phone line to use the internet. When I need to use the internet, I need to connect the PC to the phone line using a very long cable.

Mine was using an old Apple 2e! writing times tables out to encourage kids to learn them. You would have to save the data on a cassette, then reload the program when you wanted to use it.

I remember when I was around 5-6 my dad taught me how to play the games that already came on the computer. Soon he started letting me play on Nickelodeon and apparently that was back when we had dial up? I remember having to get off of the computer when someone called 😛

6th grade when they made us take a computer class was probably the memory of me actually being on a computer. 😛

Hmm my Earliest computer was when I was about 10 years old had dial up played the old school age of empires fun times my Dad showed me how to play and use the computer for the first time.

The first time I remember using a computer, was when my parents finally decided to buy a computer for the first time. Had a pirate game that I would play on it. I think it was a Windows 3.2 or a Windows 3.5.

I remember seeing a black screen with BASIC language commands and running programs like simple arithmetic. It was though my school days and command prompt was the first experience that I have in my memories.

I started computer classes in elementary school when I was 9 years old. The old computers had windows 95.
