In school I always enjoyed reading about Greek mythology. My favorites would be The Odyssey and the Trojan Horse. I think it's awesome that they have these full text available at greekmythology.com I once seriously considered starting a forum dedicated to Greek Mythology but ultimately decided against it. What do you think of Greek mythology?

I considered reading Greek stories to be fun, though I think my favorite one was The Trojan Horse.

Thank you for responding Joshua! I was starting to think that I'm such a nerd there. 😉

If you look closely you'll see Orlando Bloom AKA Legolas from Lord of the Rings (for those of you that didn't know who that was haha)

If we are going off of what we learned in school, the really only thing I learned about in the Greek Mythology era would be the Trojan Horse; and for once in my somehow satisfyingly boring history class, I was actually interested in a story. The Trojan horse was an awesome build and probably the most brilliant piece of art that served a purpose more than just being looked at.

The one thing I would have loved to see were the faces on the people of Troy when the found people exploding out of a horse.

It's also probably the smartest military advance that has been used, even to this day. If people were as smart and conniving like they were, this world would be so much more interesting. 😛
