I know I've been living under a rock but I've only recently started to read more and more discussions about Joomla the open source software that allows individuals to make websites. I've been trying to think of a reason to make a website so I can try it out but I haven't been exactly inspired yet. lol Would you recommend Joomla even for individuals who aren't specifically programming-savvy? What do you think of the program in general?
