What is your stress reliever?

Generally I love to walk as a stress reliever. Though watching fun shows do help with taking my mind off of stuff.
 
Chilling out with good friends and/or music. The second option always works.
 
I usually lift weights, go for a run, do Yoga, play or watch sports, read a book, watch a movie, take a hot bath,etc.

There are so many different ways to relieve stress.

The best solution for me is going to the park and jogging. It relieves tension and improves health 😀
