Depends on the store. Some have baggers and some dont. Usually the ones that dont have baggers are the discount or wherehouse type stores.

I like to take my time shopping, and I try to put
stuff back where I got it from if I find something
better. I also prefer to pack my own stuff, it's
much tidier when I do it, rather than all just
piled in any old way.
