As some of you know, on my old Chatting Time site I had a list of safety measurs that me and the staff came up with as part of our rules. Keeping this in mind, most rules on general chat forums are all pretty much the same. Do this, do this, don't do that... etc. I'm wondering if we should have more like safety precautions that everyone should take not just on Chatting Time, but on forums in general. You know, kind of like "universal" rules so to speak. What do you think?
