Purely for promotion and advertising reasons
but i've found out it can be a great hang out spot as well for other non advertising chit-chat and what not.

Well I want to learn how to promote my site so it is successful. I'm good at making the forums but never good at getting the word out about the forum. I know there are lots of people out there willing to join. I just have to find out how to advertise while staying within my budget. (Which right now is very minimal).
