Right, my forum is moving onto phpbb3 from myBB, and I was wondering what mods I would absolutely get for my forum.

Mods I know I need:
Quick Reply,(But which one is the best?)

- Moderator Needed (Just adds an icon beside the Moderator Control Pannel when a post is reported)

Since you're moving to phpBB, I'd go for phpBB SEO.

I'd suggest
-Login after Registering mod, because its convinient for the member
-Thank You mod, because members should be able to show gratidute by just one click, that prevents "thanks" spam posts
-SEO mod, not for indexing but for a little better ranking in search engines. phpbb-seo offers good solutions.

But either way, I wouldn't delete your MyBB forum until 3 weeks after you move to phpBB.

Usually thinks are ok but sometimes something might have gone wrong that you don't notice for a while.

I agree with all others. Make sure you get a good rep system, not the karma stuff.
