Yeah these mods will work then.

If you haven't already got AutoMOD, get it. It'll be the most important thing you ever do when adding to your forum, it makes everything so easy and can evade possible mistakes if you were manually making file edits.

If you haven't got it, the link is http://www.phpbb.com/mods/automod/

Description
AutoMOD is a tool designed to parse and automatically install MODX MODifications for phpBB3. It also has the ability to uninstall MODs. It is a useful tool for MOD authors and end users alike: All MODs are installed with AutoMOD prior to being accepted in the MODs Database. As such, any MOD listed in the MOD Database should install with AutoMOD. Support for AutoMOD is available via the forums.

With autoMOD, you install that through the "install" directory in the zip, and once it's done (pretty easy really), you upload the .zip files you download (the ones you would normally unzip, upload files and make changes with) and then press install. AutoMOD will then automatically go through the .xml file with all the file edits in, make them for you and wallah, MOD installed 🙂

It also gives any notices after installed, such as going onto an installer file to install the final part of the MOD.

Hope this helps 🙂

Maybe a forum cash system? Where members can get paid real $ for posting. So like 0.002 could be per post and 0.01 could be per thread. And they can cash out their money at $1 or so.

Have a few already don't ask me what they are i cant really remember. What Mods would you add to make the site unique and easy to navigate?

The first questions you should ask is :

Do I really need the MOD

How will it improve my board

Will the members actually use it

If the answer to all three is YES then install it, but I doubt if the answer to all three will be YES.
Some MOD's will involve a lot of extra work for admin, so be careful which ones you install.

The one where you can post topics and reply to them, that is a really important feature, FP uses it but not sure where the MOD is.
