What movie have you seen recently?

I won't spoil it, but it starts off with Denzel Washington's character trying to buy a young girl's freedom and not only is he insulted and his offer rejected by the guys who "own" her, but they also threaten his life as well.

The result of which leads to a lot of ass kicking to put it mildly, in which he proceeds to work his way through the bottom of the pyramid, to the very top, as in, on the guy's home turf, and in his own home.

It was a pretty good movie.

I saw American Sniper, and I loved it, thought it gave a good portrayal of what these soldiers go through when they go to war, and what kind of decisions they have to live with.

Just watched "A Walk Among the Tombstones" last night. Wasn't as good as I wanted it to be, but still a good watch.

The other night, after my six year old begged me to, my husband and I downloaded Maleficent from cinema through our provider. All in all it was a pretty awesome movie, though I predicted correctly what was going to happen. Angelina Jolie did an amazing job as Maleficent and I love the way the story was told.

I like true crime Documentaries and the last thing I watched was Homicide Hunter yesterday.

Joe Kenda( now retired) was a very astute guy.

I also love Columbo!

RIP Peter Falk.

I went to see "The Seventh Son" with Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes and Julianne Moore starring in it. This movie is suppose to be based on "The Last Apprentice" series by Joseph Delaney. While the series might have a fan base here in the U.S. where I live, I expect the fan base to be even bigger over in the UK.

Big Hero 6! Amazing film. Originally, I didn't think I'd like it much, but I was so wrong. It's now one of my favorites, right up there with Frozen.

Watched Fury, was a good movie, can't say too much without giving away spoilers...
