I actually just watched the last Fast and Furious again. I loved that movie.
 
I visited nearby theatres this week for Sully, The Secret Life of Pets, and Train to Busan.

A realisation just hit me: I visited more theatres this week than I have in my entire life.

In my defence, I was never a movie-goer mostly because of how my family instilled a very powerful opinion in me from a young age regularly reminding me of their 'dangers' and such but alas it's been a long time since then and I learned to appreciate them on my own. I have a short attention span (more so than ever) so it's pretty difficult to watch movies at home where everything is within reach.

I'm looking forward to Kizumonogatari Part II, Koe no Katachi, and Kimi no Na wa. Sadly, it seems like the latter two will be home media. 🙁

Weird Science is actually a very funny comedy movie that came out in 1985 when I was a kid. It's about two nerdy teenage buddies who try to create the ultimate woman via computer. They are shocked when she becomes real and turns out to be more than they can possibly imagine. She helps them to grow up by putting them in crazy situations. They go from being unpopular to popular and from having no confidence to having a lot of confidence. They actually end up protecting two girls from danger and wind up with them in the end.

The last film that I watched was The Outsiders (1983).

I've seen this movie as well. It's a classic. Highly recommended. 😉
