I stopped going to gyms because I could not abide the music they played. My main workout is a walk/jog along the seafront to which I listen to whatever music I have currently load on my phone. It ranges from 30s/40s Cab Calloway through 70's progrock, right up to RAYE (hip hop).
The kind of music that I enjoy most whenever I'm working out is anything that's fast paced. Hip hop, hard rock and heavy metal are usually my favourite picks. They make it so easy for me to flow with the workout.
