Try contacing your hosting provider, then will assist you with this issue.
 
Both are down for me. Bare in mind all hosts have down time occasionally so if it is down for a few minutes then it is nothing to worry about.
 
Looks like your host is down. Give it a few hours and then try again. If you were smart, you would have taken down the host's contact number, so you can call them in-case the host doesn't come back up any time soon.
 
I'd say it's just downtime, it should be back up soon. Don't take my word for it though.

If you have no way of contacting Tikolah, then it's best you just stick it out and hope for the best.
 
Mine is down too! Oh no...I checked Tikolah abut an hour ago and it was still not working.
 
Guys thats why freehosting is not the way to go specially P2Hs, some better free hosts would be byethost, and/or x10.

But freehostig in general is not good. I hope what they are experiencing is just temporary, once they are back up be sure to make a backup of your site

"We are having server issues and not to worry you site is safe."

Oh dear, they're down. If it's free hosting though (I'm just assuming from what's being said in this thread), lots of downtime is to be expected.
