What powers do your mod's have?

On your forum, what do you allow your mods to do, or rather what powers do they have on your forum?

On mine, my moderators have the ability to edit profiles, change passwords, pretty much everything an admin has the ability to do as far as user privileges. We have one mod that can edit boards as well. Obviously we do not let them touch anything else in the ACP, however my mods can edit profiles and everything else, I just find it easier. :lol:

Just the general myBB things that they get by default. They can ban users, soft delete threads and posts, edit profiles and stuff like that. I don't give too much control to moderators as they tend to be the stepping stone to an admin for me as they build trust.
