Is there anyone that like fantasy role-playing forums?

The problem with today is everyone and their mother has a forum and the whole concept of forums is oversaturated, it's hard to come up with unique ideas and concepts for a forum or even a set genre. I generally join general chat forums or gaming forums or forums dealing with a more specific topic in terms of technology, eg: an Android forum, a gamin laptop forum, etc.

There are also plenty of roleplaying forums out there, so if you wee to make one, you'd have to bring something completely unique to the table that others don't have or perhaps don't do very well. 🙂

I join advertising forums because I have the need to advertise.
I join general forums to talk to people and see how other forums do it.
I join anime/tv/movie/gaming related forums because they are an interest for me.

You have to think about what is the big appeal to that forum and market it. Almost any genre can do well - but I feel like it must be something you REALLY enjoy.

I join ones that interest me and if they are different from the rest. I like a general chat forum or an admin forum.

I'd most likely join gaming forums, as I'm an avid gamer (Nintendo mainly), I'd find other members to play games with or enter a tournament of sorts (or just simply talk about my favorite titles). I also don't mind general chat forums, as anything can be a subject for discussion (there are many sections, one dedicated to at least something you like).

Something that is different from all the other forums out there, something completely custom! Custom forum software? Maybe just MyBB but with some heavy core edits, people love something new with awesome content, content is everything! Cash contents are always good for promotion also.

I like forums that have a niche rather than being about everything and anything. You know? But it's good if they have general sections as well. This site is a good example.

You join for the main topic and have somewhere to discuss other topics if you feel like it.
