What site is best for PNG images?

Need to consult with webmasters here regarding the best places for collect or submitting PNG Images.
Have your ever heard of pngtank? PNG better quality than JPEG? How do I save a PNG file without losing quality? What is the max size of a PNG?

I wouldn't use pngtank for free graphics personally since there aren't a lot on the site and there are many copyrighted and trademarked images on there, so user beware!

There are many more free sites like FreePNG that carries more image designs that can be used legally.
