What sites should a political debate forum affiliate with?

Hey guys 🙂

I am curious as to what sites I should be looking to attempt affiliating with? I know things like News forums are good, but what else is there that I can attempt affiliation with? The reason I'm asking is that I don't know how many other site genres I should try to get, because political debate forums is a pretty wide genre, and there's not much I can affiliate with.

Personally I'd go for anything...within reason. The more your link gets out there, the better.

any kinda general chat site is more than likely to have a debate section, it doesnt matter if its politically based or not in fact that may go in your favour.
look around and try not to be too regimental in your search hun xxx

Try not to affiliate only with other like forums, but go for political websites as well. I'm sure you could find a few that are willing to link to a Debate Forum. Basically just write up a formal e-mail and find out who you should send it to, and then ask for a link on their website and what you can offer in return (discussions of their beliefs, etc).

Other than that, if you're just looking for forums... I'd only go with General forums and debate forums (there are very few, but still out there).

I agree. If you made an offer, like offering a backlink as well to the partnering political website; most would agree to those terms.

Also, Most general forums have a debate section, so their is common ground with your forum.

Just as if you were posting to promote your forum; put most of your effort in the debating sections of forums, especially if they're very active sections.

I would go with popular sites that are pretty general.

I would go with forums that would also be around the same type of content. Maybe a Political blog/forum or another debate forum.
