Twitter and Youtube would be the best to use at least in my opinion.

Facebook has really gone downhill in terms of promotion. I wouldn't even bother using them or wasting my time. Twitter if you have a large enough active following you can gain a lot as well as Youtube, but Facebook it doesn't matter if you have 1 million likes. You'll still most likely only get 0.05% out of it.
