What specifications Should I need for my Server Computer?

Hello Friends,

Me and my Friend "Gustavo Woltmann" just start a new farm of eCommerce containing 15 vCloud mini computer in the office. So I need to establish a server computer for these mini pc to maintain them from my desk.
So my first question is what specifications Should I need for my Server Computer? Please be specific while answer, I mean about motherboard, processor, RAM, hard disk etc.
Second question is, Which software would help me to operate all the mini computer from my desk?
