I can cringe when someone's behaviour is inappropriate and indecent. Not only that, nasty words from teenagers does that to me too.

Likewise. Middle schoolers say and do things that are very annoying and their attitude is sometimes upsetting because they lack morals that I find very cringe.

I think it goes without saying that just because some people are able to have kids, doesn't mean they will also make good parents. To be a parent is to be a teacher and a moral guide for your children and sadly some people are very bad teachers.
