I eat dinner at around 7:00PM.

Honestly I really like to eat early at around 5-6. I hate eating late. I think I hate feeling bloated before going to bed.

It ranges on my schedule. 5-7PM is when I normally ate when I was on a 'normal' schedule. Lately it's been 7-9PM when I eat.

I eat any meal as my body tells me,,,When I am hungry, and I don not overeat like a slob.

Your body will tell you when its hungry...so eat.
