Recently I've been getting up around 6am on the dot. No idea why.

If I need to go to work, then I get up at 7am. If I am on holiday, then I normally get up at 9-10am.

Work days 7am because I need to clean the trains before I drive them so no one has an accident. The train station where I'm based is only 5 minutes away, which is great. On days off usually 11am, I get up to watch police shows.
