I want to bring my current forumarena site over to my new phpbb site on our server. But.... i would rather do it, if i knew i could just upload the the data from the one, and download it on the new one. But, will forumarena let me have my back up files?? If not, what do u suggest?

they may charge you for database backup though, and you may have to mod the files that are on the forums currently

I am aware of it, but if i am willining to pay, do u think they will give them to me?

yeah, i would just ask them how much it is for a database, the highest i have seen people get charged is £60/$120 for a database backup

every free host is different
