What type of admin are you?

Some are very stern, others too friendly. Are you a very lax admin, do you keep your members on their toes? A mix of these maybe?

What saintsinner said. 🙂 I just try to be myself as I would in real life but some people can take advantage of your good nature sometimes so you have to be careful.

I try to keep a balance.

I am overall a friendly member and I do my best to be an understanding administrator, but we do have rules and I try to adapt according the attitude. If I need to be firm to keep the place from breaking apart I will.

I just try to keep respect at all times. I don't like being too strict on small things, I rather explain and give the benefit of doubt, and only if after I realize they still are trying to cause problems and not to enjoy the community, then is when I change to respond accordingly to the situation.

I am friendly admin, yet when needed I will be stern and strict. I will take care of what needs to be taken care of. Letting things slide is a way for people to take advantage of your good nature. If you let things slide to often people will try to abuse it after a while.
