Can i ask something? Where can find nice mods or styles for phpbb3 ? I think phpbb.com doesnt provide all good mods and styles ( they are old....)

phpBB.com has a whole database of MODs: http://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/modifications-1
Awesome Styles, Rocket Theme, phpBB3 Styles, phpBB's Styles Database and phpBB Hacks all provide some nice styles.
I think it's best to check out forums that you like and check their footer. It's most likely a link to the owner/styler is there so you could probably end up seeing their portfolio and picking up a nice style.

Well yea, i just LOVE Christian Bullock's styles, but i find that his Supernova theme is a bit too 'large' - font is like huge and all layout looks big...

Well if you're too frustrated with phpBB, there's always other forum software out there that you could try. MyBB or SMF might also be an option you might want to consider.

Yes. You should get the latest version of phpBB, which now is phpBB 3.0.7-PL1.
