What was your biggest mess-up?

Go ahead, share your experiences and laugh at youself.
My biggest mistake was climbing into the wrong car as a kid.

Biggest mistake ever, well, that is not PG related. As for one I can post, probably sword fighting with my cousin at 2 in the morning, pitch black, the only time you could see was when the swords (me having a rusted mechete) collided with one anohter. Well... the sounds of swords colliding, and the sparks were amazing until we heard a thunk, I busted out a flashlight, and well, as you can already imagine, it hit some flesh. My mechete dug deep into his hand, and I had to put his hand on the ground, and prey it out of his hand. We put a butterfly bandage on it, and never sword fought with eachother again XD

My biggest mistake was when I was younger, when I nearly hugged a stranger I mistook for a friend of the family we were expecting to see.

When I fire someone who was very good. I was confused with all the paperwork, and when CEO told me to fire some people who didn't have good evaluations, I fired the wrong person. Fortunately, CEO didn't fire me, and I fire the right person. I did hire again the one who was good.
Of course, all the board was upset but the CEO was awesome. Unfortunately, he ( CEO ) was fired by the board. But I wasn't fired. Haha!

It was confusing and flustering, and mostly embarrassing on my part. XD
