I need some idea's as to what you would want on a movie blog and forum. Blog will be running Wordpress and I forum in a month will be running vBulletin. But for now it will be running with either MyBB or phpBB.
What would a movie blog and forum have on it?

It may be a bit overwhelming at first to do your own reviews, so you'd have to import movie reviews from somewhere else with an embedded trailer. Have your own rating/scoring system maybe.
For the forum have a category for each genre and maybe a points system for users with points given for submitting their own reviews or voting. For that I'd try to bridge Wordpress/phpBB.
