Getting a hundred traffic in a day is a good number already. However, is that number relevant to the community? Even 8f only 20% of that will register then your forum will swell in a month's time. But if it's only traffic and does not reflect in the registered list then it might be bots.
Unique visitors gives you a good baseline for comparison, but other numbers to consider include page views, time on site, participation and engagement, and others. You can't obsess over just one number.
Thanks guys, yea i get the odd register here or there but due to the nature of my forum it's not getting much activity. Animal crossing is kind of dead right now lol I'm steering a sinking ship
Anything better than I have today. If one line goes down, I'll poke and prod until it goes back up or find another. Or I might forget about the lines for a month. Stats are always fun to play with.
You also have to factor in traffic quality. For instance, a small group of really knowledgeable people and/or targeted people (as in they are in the mood to buy), would outweigh thousands of so-so visitors.
Mm, where possible it's good to secure the big fish, but often times, there's not much to do but to shake dirt down for diamonds. Tricky thing. It really depends on the type of site.
I think its already good! But you should do something to make those visitors engage in your site like signing-up and participate to your contest and games.
