After my promotion contest, which doubled expectations, my forum has slowed a bit. It seems it's just not cutting. So, my question is, if as of right now you owned the forum as it is and the domain. What would YOU do with it?

I am just looking for ideas and a way ahead because my current model isn't working. Thanks in advance.

I would improve speed of page load first then I would give time in content development.

If you are putting fresh content regularly then you would be getting benefit of this from SEO too.

Is it a custom theme? If so, I'd try and get different colour options.

Thanks for the responses guys.

@E07: Does it load slower than other pages for you? I haven't noticed any slowness.

@Flux: It's a very underused Premium theme, and we do have a blue option as well. I am passively looking for a lighter theme as well but have not came across anything unique and attractive yet.

To be honest, Im surprised that this forum is not working so well, i really like the looks of the forum and some of the content there on that forum are very useful, hmm as for suggestion i dont know if you have the fb page or the twitter account for it? that might work and also G+ works best for free advertising as well. Just keep trying different options your forum is very nice shouldn't go down.

Thanks. We do have a Twitter and Facebook, but not a Google+. I am starting with the big two and so far it's just increased a view count whenever something is posted on it. Not sure the best way to approach it. Thanks for the kind words.
