Eh, nah. Brewery is better for the name.

You ain't gonna be a Starbucks brand with that name. It can be a coffee brand, but people will point out "o brew" or "oh brew," like you said.

I agree with @Carlos X. I think the domain would be better served (pun intended) by focusing on alcohol based beverages. Personally I'd consider focusing on specialty beers because there are so many of them which should make it easier to create content.

I did not vote for ant because all of the options are great for the domain. If you ask me, I would use for ecommerce on coffee niche, where I would be selling coffee, coffeee machines as well as coffee merch.
