What services would you like to see in a gaming guild (clan) promotion forum?

A forum to help clans recruit players for their communities. And help players find their gaming homes. What can we do for clans help recruit? What services? What about the players?

Maybe have events for the clans/guilds through the website? If its strictly recruiting I can see it going dead quickly.

Yeah I can see it go dead. I plan on having tournamenta and contests. I just can't think of a service to offer on the forum to help clans or guilds with their respective communities
