What do you do whilst in the gym?
What muscles do you work in order of ascending?
How often do you use the gym?
Mostly stare at the hunky men,
Strenuous exercise on the eye muscles,
......and nowhere near as often as I should 😛

I'm at the gym 5 times a week now, doing different muscle groups each day.
Bench Press, Dead Lift, Curling and more..

Currently I concentrate on my Biceps, Pectoral Muscles, etc...
Twice a week I do this at the gym.
Look around at all the stuff I should be doing, but then walk out 😛
First, I ran 1 mile. Then I lift weights for 45 minutes. Then I play basketball for about a hour.
I just go and try to work uper body one day, lower body next day and then do both on another day.
I try to do stuff but I never realy feel like it so I just sit down and watch everybody els.
Other words, I get bored all day.
Work on the abs and leg muscle, I tend to go jogs for 30 - 1 hour and a half each day, and cycling on the weekends for about 3 - 5 hours depending on weather. I then just lift waits, and do bench jumps and hit the punch bag.
I work at a fitness gym so I get free membership to the gym 🙂
I workout 5 days a week when Im there. Upper body workouts one day, lower body workouts the next day and repeat.
I also do alot of cardio workouts...stairmaster,elyptical machines,treadmills, or go jogging when its nice outside.
Nice thread well, I am at gym from Monday to Friday get my things with me and start working out be the way I love Body Building.
