What you look at

Well normally i look at the following:

- Disk Space
- Bandwidth
- Uptime
- Price
- Billing Cycles (PPM / PPY)

Then i do a google search and look at reviews on the host, and finally if they have live support i chat to them about things like CPU limits, special offers (sometimes you get £50 google credits and what not), and see how friendly their staff are at the same time. ~smile~

Well my host are a lying overseller 😛
I look though at how good there features are, bandwidth and disk space, advertising credits, general features 🙂
 
i always ask what other people think of the host maybe search for reviews and check the specs 🙂
