What's a habit you're trying to break or build?

Do you have any bad habits?

Do you have any good habits that you'd like to create?

For the last 30 years a habit I can't seem to break is interrupting people. I think part of the problem stems from the fact that I forget things and don't want to lose my thought before it disappears, so I have to get it out of my mouth. Then there are people who never shut up anyway...so I need to break into the conversation somehow. But still, I know I interrupt and it's hard to hold back.

I have this issue myself! I'm afraid I'll lose my strain of thought and when I get something stuck in my head and I want to say it out loud I do it. My wife hates when I do this though, I always apologize afterwards.
 
I wanna break my habit of eating too much ice cream.. I love it but I know it’s not really good for me.
 
Spending so much time on my phone. I feel like I've been doing better, but I also think I've been doing a lot of doom scrolling still. I did "lose" my phone earlier tonight though. Set it down in my bedroom and went downstairs, and when I finally came back up to sit at my computer and eat dinner while I was watching Sons of Anarchy, I realized I didn't know where my phone was. I'd love to have more moments like that to just disconnect from everything.
 
I'm trying to set my target to take 1 ice cream per day no more than that. It's actually pretty hard to stick to just one.. I figure if I can limit myself to one scoop a day instead of going crazy and eating a whole container or 2 cone's that's still progress..

I have MANY 😀 One I would like to break is to not leave my laundry undone (so I have stuff in the washer, stuff in the dryer and 2 days pass and they're still there).
