I have this issue myself! I'm afraid I'll lose my strain of thought and when I get something stuck in my head and I want to say it out loud I do it. My wife hates when I do this though, I always apologize afterwards.For the last 30 years a habit I can't seem to break is interrupting people. I think part of the problem stems from the fact that I forget things and don't want to lose my thought before it disappears, so I have to get it out of my mouth. Then there are people who never shut up anyway...so I need to break into the conversation somehow. But still, I know I interrupt and it's hard to hold back.

I'm trying to set my target to take 1 ice cream per day no more than that. It's actually pretty hard to stick to just one.. I figure if I can limit myself to one scoop a day instead of going crazy and eating a whole container or 2 cone's that's still progress..
