Do you ever plan out on what you're having for dinner at the end of the work day?

nothing like the holidays dinner GIF

Luckily I only cook once a week because we all take turns but that one day is real hard to decide 😛

That would be nice to have to cook only once a week.
I have to cook every day.
I plan for a week before I go to the grocery store. However, I decide, like, five minutes before dinner time, what I'm going to have.

Well me, my partner, and my parents live here so we do four proper meals (One per person), two easy dinners where we just prepare our own and then a takeaway night where we all pay for our own takeaway.

I live with my mother. I cook for her sometimes, but have had to force her to try my cooking. I only cook for her a couple times a week, though.

Your cooking can be that bad 😀

She is the pickiest easter ever. She is like a little kid who does not want to try anything. The only time she eats vegetables is when I cook for her.
I'm picky with some stuff. I won't eat tomato, cheese, mushrooms, most salad dressings or stuff like Mayo etc. Basically if I have a salad it's either coleslaw without the dressing or lettuce and carrot 😛

Tonight we're having grilled pork ribs, but first I'm simmering them for 45 minutes and then I'll put a rub on them and let them sit in the fridge until it's time to grill them. We'll be having fresh corn on the cob to go with them and watermelon for dessert. It's an all-American type of summer meal!

Today I wasn't feeling too hungry so I let my kids decide, they chose fajitas with noodles on the side for their dinner and they were happy with that 🙂

How do you make your fajitas?

How do you make your fajitas?
My kids have always enjoyed them when I have made them with chicken or turkey breast pieces with a fajita seasoning and adding peppers and onions to them. I then add the fajita mixture to a tortilla wrap and add some cheese before wrapping it.

They seem to really enjoy that, sometimes they have it with noodles on the side like today and other times they may have a salad.
