Unlimited free hosting is something that does not last for long but, you can try registering on forums and make threads for your service. Try finding free hosting submitter or blog and post your website advertisement there.

I suggest you go to forum software websites and stick the link in your signature while being active on their support forums. Put something like:

"Host your <insert forum software name> forum on MyHostingSite.com for free, today!"

A lot of people of forum software support boards ask about free hosting all the time 😉
