whats the best premium and free hosting?

hey guys i want to know what is the best hosting that u can start free then buy the premium when u have the money.

here are some of the things i would like..

able to put your own adds on it.
easy to navigate threw the forum.
easy acp.
good support.
cheap.
be able to buy premium with a credit card.
be able to upload files over 10mb.
customize everything.

now it does not haft to have all of those but i want to know the best one that has most of them!
