What's the most difficult job you've done?

Working the Parts counter where I work. Nothing is in order and there are sometimes 4 different part numbers in the system that make it confusing. The search engine doesn't help most of the time. I ended up transferring out to a different department after being stuck there for a year.

When I did freelance work at a marketing company in Chicago, I worked so many hours that I completely exhausted myself. I came home one day and just collapsed on the floor. I made great money though but it was rough.

Playing 'Never Gonna Let You go' at a friend's wedding before everyone got too drunk to notice my mistakes.

The most difficult job I've ever done should be working in a bakery.

Two years ago, I got a work as a cake baker and decorator in a bakery Factory. We had a cashier, pastry chef and also a head baker that handles the bread making. The work was going really well because I specialized on baking the cakes and decorating them.
Later on,the pastry chef left, the cashier got married and the head baker also left and I had to take over the whole bakery. I was the one keeping the accounts, baking bread, pastries and cakes.

The good part of it was that my boss appreciated my efforts and understood how difficult it was managing the place but I did really well.

Yeow! That must have been frustrating! How long did that last?

I think the most difficult job that I've ever done was coming from a restaurant manager to work in a gun manufacturer plant. I did the shipping and packing part but boy, wasn't used to that especially looking for the guns and identity which items.

Never again though.

What kind of guns?

For me, top of my mind, was working framing houses. That it's really hard work under the sun. I wish not to remember 🙂
My respect for roofers too!

I never envy the outside workers!! They're out there in really bad conditions sometimes just to finish a job.
