What's your favorite fancy restaurant?

There's several nice and fancy places that I know of down Glasgow's West End, such as La Vita Spuntini and the like 🙂
 
What's fancy in Tennessee (my home) wouldn't be the same as in New York City or Beverly Hills - but not being snobby or anything.
 
For me it's a really fancy Italian restaurant called The Olive Garden! I love everything about that place!
 
I like about all equally for taste, but I prefer ones where I know the staff.
