When do you reboot your modem?

We only do it when it lags behind, is slow, or just plain doesn't work anymore! What are the benefits of doing it on a regular basis for maintenance? I honestly never thought of doing that. Would it help the system work better? More efficiently?

Once a week at the same time on Sunday night around 3am, it Reboots itself anyway 🙂 rebooting clears logs and system errors and maybe just bad input. I mean we do not have to need to reboot but it helps to boost things a little.

If i'm having speed or connection issues, I'll reboot. I don't usually have to reboot too often though.

I'm not sure how often we reboot. I know that we have issues about once a month so it's done then, but that's because of my ISP being bad.

I used to do it every few days when the internet was being sluggish, but I haven't done that all since we got fiber installed. Haven't had any speed issues, I suppose.

If I notice speed or connection issues or if the WiFi starts giving us issues I reboot and that usually fixes the issue. It's very rare that I do have to reboot though.

booted does resolve most errors

I had that problem back at my old residence. I talked to a technician from Fidelity after we moved and he said that they had sent several people to work on it over there and stated that they can't seem to find out why the signal in that area is so bad. They chalked it up to being a lot of interference. I'm real glad we moved. It's been better.
