When do you work?

When do you try to get most of your dev work done? Do you reserve it for the weekends, your free time, or just whenever you feel like it?

I prefer to do it when I have some free time. I would hate to do it on the weekends, as I try to keep them open. I do find it hard sometimes to find good times to finish my current projects.

I work here and there...on and off. I have 3 kids and a regular job as well. So it makes finding time rough. I do most of my stuff at night when they are in bed.

It isn't so loud. Least I don't think. They could sleep through an earthquake tho. The hard part is getting them to sleep.

Whenever I have some free time. Which is usually after I get off work then I get on the PC for a little while to get some things done.

Generally I get the most work done after midnight, at least on my own projects. 😛

For my real job, it kind of varies. I am usually most productive before lunch, but if I'm really into something, then I can get it done really quick and spend any time of the day working on it.
