When your staff is spread thin on other sites?

When your staff is spread thin by being on staff at other sites, how do you help them? Or does it frustrate you?

Personally, I believe it is all about finding the balance and for mutual understanding of the situation at hand. Once there is that level of understanding between the Admin and the staff, no one would feel like it is challenging for the staff to handle multiple roles at different forums.
