I'd love to hire some writers to create niche tutorials for my forum. The tutorials will need to be around 500 words each with good punctuation and in step by step format with images. What site do you use to find the best article writers for a forum or blog?

I don't use sites to get articles written simply because if I need something written I do it myself.
You could always start with here on FP... From there you could try sites like SEOclerks or Fiverr.
Note - I don't guarantee any amount of success with any place I've listed. I also make no guarantees about how much this will cost to do.

Are you prepared to pay? If so Fiverr has some talent. Alternatively if your blog has a high PR guest posters from myblogguest may be willing to give you some articles.
