It will be in one of the template files but you wont find an exact match as the above doesn't exist. What is it you are trying to do?

By the looks of that it has duplicated twitter.com's and you need to replace your_forum_twitter_id with your twitter id (unless that is stored elsewhere using the your_forum_twitter_id title).
