Get a PayPal account then connect the PrePaid Credit Card as a normal Credit Card then you should be able to purchase domains normally 😉

I tried it said like "the carrier will not release the address information" or something like that.

Oh odd :S Just look for any that allow Visa cards, but if it didn't get through PayPal, it is unlikely to work when purchasing items 😉 You might have to get a new one 😉

Um, I don't know about pre paid but i think they should work

Easiest way is to set up a Paypal account which draws from the Visa card, most providers will want you to use paypal
