Where Do We Go When We Die?

I would like to be in a compost bag on a shelf at a garden centre and put to good use -D-, ina seriousness, I believe nothing happens, our brain just dies, the body just dies and rots. Think about when you kill an insect or your pet dies, they just rot away when they are buried (or flushed down the toilet if an insect lol).

I don't think there is anything after you die, I just this that's it your gone nothing more, it just seems there's can't be anything.

I also use to worry my self about this kind of stuff, but why worry about stuff you have no control over?

Thanks!

(Are we allowed to shamelessly plug here? ~surprise~ )

I do not really think about it.I just live as if its the only live you get.

I believe that your soul turns into a butterfly and flutters away, while your dead body decays and turns into a tree which turns into a bible -D-

I believe in rebirth: where once you die, you start a new life as a new species of life without knowing about your past life.

Partly i do, i believe that we have rebirth as a new creature on earth until our judgment day -n- And yes i do think that your body stays in your grave, decays, turns into a tree over time, which is cut down to make more bibles which results in the questions like these.

You probably just die but i like to belive in re carnation or you turn into a ghost b/c that gives me peac of mind lol.

i like to think theres something more after death but i guess where we go depends on the individuals own beliefs xxx

i have strong beliefs on it. and i dont worry. i know whats gonna happen (well no one can no for sure but i believe it strongly lol) and i really have peace of mind and don worry about it 🙂

  • What are your views on people who kill their self just to see where they go?

That's fucking stupid.

As for my beliefs.
People go where they expect to go. And normally to the Hell they fear.

Kinda comforts me to know that those Born Again Christians are going to go to the very place they threaten me with! 😀

I believe we go to dust - when you die that is it - end.

I believe the same thing, but a little different. i think life just ends, but it benefits another species.

We die, then the bugs get food, etc.

A random thought...

Who remembers their first second of life? I don't think anyone can. So it makes me wonder when exactly it begins. Because there's no REAL identifiable point, from a Fuzzy-Logic standpoint.

It's odd how the topic title is a leading question (ie. you are implying we go somewhere when we die, when some people may believe we don't go anywhere), when the answer to the question itself is not massively one-sided.

I am not sure as to whether Heaven, Hell, Purgatory or Reincarnation are even possible, surely if heaven existed then scientists would have found it by now. To be honest, I'm not even sure on the idea of a soul, although two genetically identical twins often have different likes and dislikes, I just think that difference is caused by different experience, and previously unseen parts of the brain (if there are any), and different parts of the brain working differently in some people to others'.

I believe in some sort of afterlife, but I'm not completely sure. People say that you could come back as a ghost and view your past life and rest in a supernatural world. But then again, I'm not completely sure.
