I know I'm not Shady but what about Tech related backlinks ? there are lots of things on SEOclerks that could help you.

You should do research on underused long tail keywords relating to your niche, create quality content for that keyword (800 word article or w/e including those keywords), then backlink that page with things like blog reviews, squidoo lenses etc; Don't fall into the trap of buying 20,000 scrapebox/blog comment backlinks or any backlinks in large quantity - Google hates this and will most likely take negative action against your website.
