When you're researching a product/service, what are your normal go to sites or resources? Why?

I normally start by searching for the product on Amazon and reading the reviews there. They're not always unbiased of course and now there's a lot of paid reviews, but it's a good way to get overall feedback. Though if I know a family member or friend that's used the product/service I'm interested in then I'll usually reach out to them first to see how they liked it. From there I'll normally search for blog posts, it's good to get a personal view and posts are usually more insightful.

metoo because I think it helps you have more information from customers

I search the item and see all the websites that are selling it, then I'll read a few reviews on each site.

Mainly Amazon, then I'll do a google search and check out a few different sites selling the items or blogs that have reviewed the item.

You also need information from the Review pages as they will say what they think and feel from the product, especially how the product is as they used in the past. Sometimes in the main page which sells products, the comments is not right as the employees of the company/vendor sold will say something good about the product objectively 😀
